Maze - Asian Fusion Another project undertaken by Fashionizer was the uniforms for the opening of Gordon Ramsay’s Maze Restaurant which overlooks the famous GrosvenorSquare in Mayfair. This project required a more modern approach and theuniforms created offer a fusion of French and Oriental to complement theunique combination of the food served and the contemporary décor. Hostesses wear an oriental style jacket in a silk imitation fabric in pale cream and chocolate brown with decorative gold toggles to contrast with the mahoganydécor and gold upholstery.
