AW Role at Fashionizer: Team Assistant

The newest addition to the Fashionizer team, AW is super organised and has a real talent for juggling spinning plates. As Team Assistant, she plays a crucial role in keeping Fashionizer’s operations running smoothly: whether tracking invoices, processing customer orders, managing office admin, or providing general day-to-day support for the team. Thanks to AW’s calm efficiency and can-do attitude, the Fashionizer studio runs like a dream.

Life Before Fashionizer

Born and raised in Poland, AW wasn’t originally on track for a career in fashion, having studied Chemistry at university at home in Kraków. But after moving to London, 24 years ago, her path took a creative turn when she landed a role as a jewellery buyer’s assistant in Hatton Garden with BJB Limited. Prior to joining Fashionizer, AW spent 15 years working for her husband’s business, where she managed admin and accounts — while also raising her two beloved (now teenage) boys.

When out of office, AW loves nothing more than getting creative in the kitchen — at home, it’s all about pizza and pasta nights. Her ideal weekend activity is getting out in nature, taking her cherished eight-year-old dog for a walk in Wimbledon Common. Italy also holds a special place in her heart, for the food, the sunshine, and the culture. At the top of her travel wish list this year? Finally making it to Tuscany!
