Transforming Designs into Garments
One of Fashionizer’s unique strengths is the ability to develop bespoke textiles and accessories for each project. Long-term relationships with UK and European mills enable us to offer high quality, exclusive fabric designs, whether woven or printed. We prioritise natural and sustainable materials, and all fabrics are tested for abrasion, colourfastness, pilling and seam slippage to ensure their durability and extended lifecycle.
Our in-house pattern cutting team ensures every garment is a true interpretation of the original design and fit for purpose in an operational environment. We work exclusively with high-end fashion production units to ensure manufacture to specification, producing truly beautiful garments.
Samples are presented at every key stage for on-site review with your team, allowing you to refine anything that doesn’t feel right. From fabric selection through to final production, nothing goes forward without your approval.

Our design team develops concepts and sources a selection of material options for discussion, enabling you to make your choice.
Technical Testing of Materials & Bespoke Fabric Development
Once you select your preferred materials, we test them independently for durability and, where your project calls for it, develop exclusive bespoke fabrics to meet your objectives.
Material Purchasing
Once all materials, trims and accessories are agreed, we procure these from our trusted supplier network, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Technical Specification & Pattern Cutting
Our in-house pattern cutting team translates designs into sample garments, reviewing proportions, fit and wearability in-house whilst preparing technical specifications for your sign off.
Sample Review
Samples are presented for your review and approval, giving you the opportunity to refine any detail before production begins.
Size Breakdown & Production Preparation
Staff sizes are confirmed along with any stock requirements, and a full production order is prepared for your sign off before manufacture commences.
Garment Production
All garments are manufactured to agreed quantities, sizes and technical specifications by our high-end production partners.
Quality Control
Every order is quality controlled against specification before leaving our production facility.
Delivery & Installation
