Working at Fashionizer
We are a small, diverse team who are passionate about what we do. We value collaboration, good communication and a process-driven approach to our work. Our core team is complemented by trusted freelancers and together we bring expertise across all aspects of garment design and manufacture. Most team members hold degrees in Fashion, with others bringing backgrounds in international relations, production and marketing.
We are based in a characterful house creative studio, close to Kew Gardens, our workroom produces samples and made-to-measure garments. We attend international fabric fairs and maintain an extensive fabric library and 30-year garment archive. Senior team members can work hybrid, and we embrace technology and good process within a supportive, professional environment.
Our paid Internships and Apprenticeships
For over 25 years, Fashionizer’s Internship Programme has offered graduate students a genuine, hands-on experience in the fashion industry. Whether working in design development, fitting staff on site or in the workroom, our interns contribute to real projects and are expected to participate as full members of the team. All leave better equipped for their future careers in fashion.
Since 2022, we have partnered with LDN Apprenticeships to offer a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship combining structured online learning with practical, on-site training. Apprentices develop professional skills across a broad range of marketing disciplines: from content creation and CMS management to editing imagery, videos and marketing materials, as well as regular email campaigns — with the opportunity to find their own preferences and where they excel.
